About Maire McGrath

How would I sum up what I offer and love working on with others? Now, it’s easy: it’s the 3 Cs – coaching, collaboration and communication. These 3 Cs closely match the other big 3 Cs many of us want; confidence, connection and competence in what we do in life and work. More on my 3 Cs: Coaching • leadership coaching •life coaching • systemic team coaching. • motivational life and leadership workshop sessions for groups Collaboration • independent facilitation services for partnerships and groups to achieve results • stakeholder engagement and consultation support • training in strengths-based approaches of Appreciative Inquiry and Asset Based Community Development Communication • facilitation for meetings /events • public speaking • helping people to speak and present in public without the ‘fear’ delivering From Seat to Floor workshops, Masterclasses and one-to-one / small group coaching Before starting FutureSpark Coaching, I worked for over 17 years in the third sector in CEO and senior leadership roles developing projects, partnerships and people across communities and sectors. All of that experience has led me to dedicating my skills to enable people, teams and organisations discover their strengths and develop approaches to make a positive impact which they and others see and feel. I grew up with parental mental illness but also seeing how support can really change things. My belief in the power people have to overcome obstacles and unlock the potential in themselves runs deep and always has. Outside work, mediocre violin playing, Toastmasters, travel, volunteering and being taxi for my teenage daughter fills a lot of my time. Energy, humour, being yourself and contributing to others and the world around you are core values as to how I work and see life. I never tire of seeing other people’s joy in succeeding and never will. If I can help you, please do send me a connect / message or alternatively learn more at
