Mairead is a Board level executive with expertise in strategy, corporate governance, regulation, audit and finance with specific expertise and professional qualifications in the finance and real estate sectors. Current Managing Director of SitusAMC Ireland, Mairead has over 15 years of Investment & Real Estate experience in developing and implementing real estate strategies across pan European investment portfolios and managing cross regional global teams. Before joining SitusAMC, Mairead worked for Davy, Ireland's largest Wealth Manager, as a Senior Investment Manager for large real estate investments and funds, including the Davy Irish Property Fund which was awarded best performing Irish Property Fund by MSCI for 2016 & 2018. Mairead also previously worked in Savills as Senior Property Manager, with clients including Aviva, Hines & IPUT. Additional previous roles include working in the NAMA loan work out division of IBRC, in investment and property management departments of Lisney & in investment & asset management capacities with Merrion Property Group. Mairead is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor by profession, a professional member of the Institute of Bankers and member of the Institute of Directors of Ireland.
