Public administration and policy professional with a Master’s degree from American University, currently advancing financial policy initiatives as a Finance Associate at the Milken Institute. I contributed to the launch of the Lifetime Financial Security program, performing detailed policy analysis on state and federal legislation related to financial literacy, savings, and retirement benefits. My role involves data-driven assessments of state-facilitated retirement solutions, evaluation of technological innovations in finance, and orchestrating dialogues with stakeholders, from policymakers to retirement finance experts, to advocate for lifetime-guaranteed income strategies. Previously, as a Communications, Marketing, and Outreach Specialist at Leadership Connect, I optimized client engagement by leveraging SendGrid, Salesforce, and Canva for brand development and outreach, effectively reaching a audience. I also served as a Research Analyst, managing congressional data for over 100 offices and serving as a liaison between legislative staff and data science teams. This included using data analytics to track congressional trends, oversee legislative data accuracy, and author insights on political developments. My foundational experiences include a research internship at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, where I utilized open-source datasets of pieces to analyze bias-related incidents. Proficient in SPSS, STATA, and advanced Excel, I bring technical acumen to research, data management, and policy analysis, enabling evidence-based recommendations and impactful policy advocacy.
