Resilient, solutions-oriented project and programme manager with 12 years of cross-sector and cross-cultural experience spanning the humanitarian, diplomatic, defense, and private sectors. My career has been centered on themes of human security, community empowerment and delivering meaningful social impact. I have successfully delivered complex medium to large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in high-pressure and sensitive contexts, including the Middle East, the Caucasus and Ukraine. I have led diverse projects and teams through periods of significant turbulence, scale-down and redundancy, growth and crisis notably a 450 staff demining operation in Ukraine before, during and after the full scale Russian invasion in February 2022. This role involved me overseeing budgetary growth from 8m USD to 80m+ USD across a range of institutional and corporate donors. I am a principled, authentic and holistic leader, combining strong emotional intelligence with pragmatism and commercial acumen.
