About Maisa Intelisano

I have a bachelor degree in Translation and Interpreting. Working as a secretary/assistant is appealing to me given the scope of the activities that its participants engage in; whether the soft skills of building relationships to the hard skills of managing services. In addition, the ability to provide and create non-routine information, and provide complex administrative support are qualities that make this position such an appealing opportunity. I possess a skillset that I believe would be of great benefit to many companies. During my time at the American Consulate General, I worked both with Non-Immigrant Visa Unity Chief and Consular Affairs Chief as well. During this time I was responsible for visa statistics and created a system to keep visa data up to date. My job at Solutia Brasil enabled me to undertake a wide range of responsibilities, as handling paperwork to support president and managers. The job had developed my ability to effectively multi-task and my communication skills, besides my secretarial skills. Besides that I am a freelance English translator and proofreader in Portuguese.
