About Maisa Prieto

I developed tourism marketing in Argentina and Chile, working for the governments of Chile, Cayman Islands and Puerto Rico. At present I work as consultant and Professor at Unab (Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello) in Chile, especially in the fields of tourism marketing, product development, branding and sustainability. I also worked as academic in Argentina, in tourism marketing and Research methodology applied to tourism. My interests are mainly focused on product development, sustainability and branding in tourism, but I also have skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies, plans and budgets; leading interdisciplinary work teams, negotiating with clients and service providers; mediating in difficult negotiation processes and developing training and learning programs. In case my knowledge shouldn't be enough for a certain position, I am open to complete the necessary learning processes to carry out my responsibilities in the best possible way.
