I Measure and evaluate performance, focus is on Strategy formulation, Strategy Implementation, and Strategy Evaluation in order to cultivate cohesive structure for the company to scale. I focus on the business analytics in efforts to control the stability in IRR, ROI, and NPV utilizing Tableau. I keep track of and present quarterly SWOT analysis with competition statistics and evaluations using ZoomInfo and LexisNexis.
