Bizkaia Talent aims to promote and boost human capital, which is the main key to a region’s development. To this end, and in order to achieve our objective of talent attraction, we have the support and collaboration of numerous outstanding companies and universities throughout the Basque Country. Our goal is to become the Basque Country’s leader and a European reference model in the management process for highly qualified people in the fields of science, technology and business.We provide our services to highly qualified individuals and organisations. Bizkaia Talent helps companies, technology centres, universities, associations, research centres and teams, and foundations based or with workplaces in the Historic Territory of Bizkaia that have hired or want to recruit highly qualified professionals. Some of our services, like networking, are also targeted at organisations whose workplaces are located in other Basque Historic Territories.Regarding individuals, we provide assistance to experts in technology, researchers, professors and professionals working in companies, universities or other organisations. We also give support to highly qualified professionals and researchers who come to work as collaborators, consultants or experts in innovative projects developed in the Historic Territory.
