About Maitrayee Iyer

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of content, storytelling, and creative strategy—crafting narratives that inform, engage, and resonate across platforms. From producing multimedia campaigns to shaping brand narratives, my work has spanned formats and industries, grounded in a deep understanding of audience and purpose. Recently, I’ve transitioned into a more editorially driven role—one that’s distinct from my earlier experience in production and creative strategy. This shift has allowed me to slow down, focus on depth over volume, and think more intentionally about the stories we tell and why they matter. While the nature of my work has evolved, the core remains the same. Now, I’m focused on bringing that lens to leadership—building thoughtful strategies, guiding teams, and championing narratives that leave a lasting impact.
