With over five years in product and digital marketing, I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections between brands and their customers. My experience spans product marketing, growth marketing, and performance marketing, helping companies drive impactful, measurable growth across the SaaS and digital marketing landscapes. Currently, as Director of Product Marketing at Netcore Cloud, I lead our go-to-market strategy, positioning, and demand generation efforts for customer engagement and experience solutions across the Americas. My focus is on building campaigns that highlight Netcore Cloud’s unique value, collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to bring these initiatives to life. Before joining Netcore, I worked as a Success Manager at Sprinklr, where I managed advertising solutions for global brands across a range of industries. This role gave me the chance to work directly with brands to drive performance through strategic, data-driven ad campaigns—experience that sharpened my skills in client success and digital advertising. Earlier in my career at ValueLabs, I managed the Digital Marketing team, driving both day-to-day operations and overall marketing strategy. I had the opportunity to launch Chatbots and Assurance Engineering as separate service lines, developing go-to-market plans that made these offerings stand out. My work also included, shaping ValueLabs' brand identity, and developing an internal platform that centralized marketing resources, making our processes more efficient and less reliant on executive input. Throughout my career, I’ve found that certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook, and LinkedIn have been invaluable in keeping my skills sharp and my approach data-driven. I believe in blending analytical insight with creative strategy to build strong, lasting connections between brands and their audiences.
