About Maitreyee Kshirsagar

Actively looking for opportunities in UX Design, Service Design and User Research with availability to start immediately. I'm a UX & Service Designer with 5+ years of experience across the end-to-end design process - from research to delivery. With an MA in Service Design and experience working in cross-functional teams globally across public, third, B2B, and B2C sectors, I bring a diverse toolkit of skills and methods to the table and a knowledge to apply them appropriately across the project lifecycle.I'm particularly good at conducting & translating complex research into actionable outcomes that drive product and UX success. My colleagues value my ability to make sense of complex information, spot and communicate gaps and opportunities, and work collaboratively while keeping user and business needs at the core. Recently, I've led the UX and Service design work in the UK in a cross-functional team, for a staff-facing digital transformation project for a Government body (under NDA), balancing user needs with business goals, and following Agile processes. I bring a proactive, growth-focused mindset to teams that value design impact and collaborative problem-solving. My design approach is holistic - considering users, processes, and technology to create seamless experiences that solve real problems while meeting business goals. Seeking a team where my strategic, user-centered mindset can drive impact. Please get in touch if you or your clients are tackling complex challenges that design can help with, or if you are hiring for full-time permanent roles, or even for a virtual coffee chat!
