About Maitreyi Agarwal

UX Designer with a Product Design background, focusing on enhancing user experiences across various industries. I have led projects across healthcare, fintech, and e-commerce, enhancing user experiences and streamlining design processes. Recently I got accepted into the CMU Products and Services Innovation program. I aim to hone my skills in technology and management. I have done courses like Commercialisation and Innovation Strategy at Tepper and Pricing of Products to improve my business understanding of launching ventures and products in the market. I am currently working on my Capstone project with Volvo, aimed at diversifying construction workforce, and increasing women participation in it. I am also partaking in Corporate Startup Lab Capstone project (an invite only course), working with PNC bank to develop marketing strategies to improve their collaboration with the Hispanic community. I am a Swartz Entrepreneurial Fellow that admits only 12 students from the entire campus. Funded by James R. Swartz of Accel Partners, this fellowship provides mentorship in entrepreneurship from top industry leaders, which will enhance my skills in product management. I am also the Graduate Student Assembly Student Representative for my cohort. I lead academic and professional initiatives through collaboration with students and the administration.
