My name is Maiya Cunningham, to some, I am a sibling to others I am a friend to my school I am a student, and to my job, I am an associate but what do all of these things have in common? I take something from each position I do every day and apply it elsewhere. I can have patience with others. Being a student teaches me to multitask and my job teaches me the ins and outs of the work field.I have worked with Bath and Body Works for over a year now and it has been an amazing experience working with the company They cherish their, customers and workers. My role is to prioritize customer's needs and help them find the perfect scent.The nonprofit organization "Big sister little sister" is a great program where I spend most of my free time. juniors and seniors take freshmen and sophomores to mentor young women. This is extremely important because it is not only shaping them to have a supporting system behind their backs but also helping empower women to be strong and courageous in and out of the workforce.
