About Maja Karanovic

First and foremost, I love challenges. My tip skills include getting the work done, bringing an added value to it, working well under pressure, but with a smile and possitive attitude. My other specialties include quick learning, creativity, problem solving, interpersonal skills and marketing. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Business and Entrepreneurial Economics, I continued to pursue my Master's degree in International Relations and Cultural DIplomacy, while working throughout. Studying abroad in a multicultural environment has been the best experience. As a part of professional development, I conducted number of video recorded interviews with high profile individuals, which has helped broaden my experience in public speaking. At this point, I am an experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Managing a company has helped round my experience in full circle, from marketing and sales activities, strategic planning, business development, account management, customer service and event management. I believe there is always something to learn and with digital media's rapid pace, I thrieve to educate myself in social media, in my free time. When I am not working, I enjoy meeting new people, petting dogs, improving old recipes and spending time with my friends.
