I am a quick learner and adaptive. I’m holding a valid UAE driving license. Currently, I am working as Telecommunications Agent in DU Telecommunications U.A.E. Previously, I was working as Senior Retail Sales Executive in DU Telecommunications U.A.E in the Retail department where I was responsible for strategizing multiple tasks such as Customer Service, Operations and Sales for over a decade. I was handling all the segments (SME & Consumer). Prior to this, I was working in Mobilink GSM (Telecommunication Company Pakistan) as a Customer Service Representative. I’m an organized problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and I believe that my previous and current work experience has enabled me to work in any environment and roles relevant/irrelevant to my experiences.
