I am a Civil Engineer (EIT) and PMP-certified Project Manager with a strong foundation in structural engineering. With extensive experience in developing and coordinating both conceptual and detailed design drawings, as well as managing project documentation for multi-disciplinary construction projects, I am committed to delivering high-quality, efficient solutions. My expertise includes structural design and calculations for steel, concrete, and foundation systems in accordance with Canadian Codes and Standards, such as CSA S16:19, CSA A23.3, and the BC and National Building Codes. I am skilled in drafting and 3D modeling using Revit and have successfully prepared IFC structural drawing packages for various projects. I also bring practical experience in on-site structural assessment and inspection, including visual inspections, site compliance reports, and demolition plan development. I collaborate closely with project engineers on scope of work (SOW), estimations, and permit package preparation, ensuring seamless project execution. In addition to my technical background, I hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, which underscores my ability to efficiently manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
