About Makeala MacIntyre

When I first joined the company, I was a rookie just like most people. I didn't understand many things, but I was willing to learn from my team leader with an open mind. In order to improve my ability and knowledge, I participated in the company's internal training courses and actively sought guidance from mentors. I use my spare time to learn knowledge in related fields by myself, and constantly improve my skills. Over time, I gradually demonstrated my leadership and problem-solving skills. I started being assigned to lead small teams and successfully completed some important projects. In order to achieve my career goals, I took the initiative to seek opportunities for promotion and expressed my wishes to the superiors. I actively participated in the company's internal competition and demonstrated my ability and potential. Through continuous hard work and persistence, I finally got the chance to be promoted. I was promoted to middle management and charged with leading a larger team. At this stage, I continue to work hard to learn and grow, and constantly improve my leadership and management skills. This experience taught me the importance of perseverance, continuous learning, and good relationships with others. By continuously improving my capabilities and demonstrating outstanding performance, I have risen from the bottom to the top and achieved my career goals. Through continuous efforts, I have brought huge benefits to the company during my work. During my 5 years at the company, I was successfully promoted to an executive position at Marc Jacobs International Headquarters. As an executive, I am responsible for managing the team, formulating the company's growth strategy, and working with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company. I am also actively involved in the design process, bringing new ideas and inspiration to the brand. In addition to work, I also actively participate in public welfare activities. I believe that as a successful woman, I have a responsibility to give back and help those in need. I regularly participate in charitable events, donating money and time to help and support the underprivileged. During my career journey, I have encountered many challenges and difficulties. However, I never backed down and always stuck to my dreams and beliefs. I believe that as long as you work hard, you can achieve your goals.
