About Maki I.

As an instructional designer, I am passionate about creating engaging, impactful and inclusive learning experiences that empower adult learners to grow personally and professionally. With an MA in Educational Technology and experience in instructional design and eLearning development, I specialize in needs assessment, multimedia learning, curriculum development, project management, digital accessibility and user experience design in learning contexts. I also bring a unique global perspective, leveraging my background as a translator to design scalable learning solutions with a focus on translation and localization. I am deeply committed to expanding my knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) and incorporating this into my work to foster an environment where people of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities can thrive, feel valued, and fully participate in meaningful learning experiences.
