As a Customer Relations Manager at European Business Association (EBA), I oversee the communication and collaboration with over 200 member companies across various sectors and industries. I manage key accounts, coordinate projects, and provide support and guidance to the members on various business issues and opportunities. I also leverage my skills in investments and international relations to foster partnerships and networks with external stakeholders and promote the interests and values of the EBA.I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at University of York, where I am expanding my knowledge and competencies in business administration and management. I have over six years of professional experience in the fields of international cooperation and investment promotion, working for reputable organizations such as BNP Paribas Cardif and Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I have successfully managed multiple projects, events, and initiatives, involving diverse and high-profile clients, partners, and participants.My core competencies include customer relations, project management, international relations, and investments. I am passionate about contributing to the development and growth of the European business community, and enhancing the cooperation and integration between Ukraine and the EU. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new challenges, and collaborate with inspiring and innovative people.
