During my 7 years in the IT industry, I have worked my way up from a detail-oriented software QA engineer to a strategic software testing team leader, and now to an Engineering Manager. My experience spans building and managing high-quality assurance processes, leading both manual and automated software testing teams, as well as developing and implementing automated testing frameworks from scratch for web, API, and mobile applications. Professional Experience: In my current role as Engineering Manager, I am responsible for driving engineering initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions. My focus is on fostering collaboration between development and QA, ensuring the seamless integration of testing into the software development lifecycle. I continue to mentor, teach, and develop teams while being actively involved in setting the strategic direction of our engineering processes. Previously, as a Software Test Team Lead, I built and led a skilled QA team, implemented new QA and release processes, and handled release management. I adopted a hands-on approach, involving myself in interviewing, mentoring, and creating test plans and strategies. Prior to that, as a Software QA Engineer, I honed my skills in test planning, requirements analysis, and design across projects of various scales, including web, mobile, and microservice-based applications. Automation testing played a key role in my career, where I implemented new frameworks and maintained test scripts for diverse platforms.
