About Maksym Mokh

More than 20 years of experience in various IT projects. Passion in software testing, processes establishment, management, and communication. During the last 6 years building highly efficient teams in the Energy domain. Obtained knowledge in various segments of the Energy domain so able to utilize them in business development. During the decade in Luxoft participated in more than 13 projects in the Energy practice. Experienced in crisis project management, established processes in red zone projects, and managed to get them into green in less than one year. The appliance of people management practices led to zero attrition for many years. Like to learn from colleagues and attend different soft skill trainings.
