About Maksym Radko

As Product Owner and Head of RPA at Ukrsibbank, I combine the responsibilities of both Product Manager and Product Owner roles, overseeing the full product lifecycle of robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives.My actual scope includes product strategy, value assessment, budgeting, delivery oversight, and stakeholder alignment. I lead the strategic vision and implementation of RPA solutions that drive operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and accelerate digital transformation across the bank. My responsibilities include opportunity discovery, feasibility analysis, product roadmap creation, prioritization of initiatives, and budget management (licenses, infrastructure, employee training). I closely track success through business impact metrics and NPS. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and executive leadership, I ensure RPA initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value. In parallel, I bring experience as a game designer and Unreal Engine developer, with over 4 years in creative and technical projects — from independent games and prototypes to hackathons. I hold a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and certifications in game development and design.
