I am a senior logistics professional with over 20 years of experience in agricultural supply chains, specialising in cross-border trade between Eastern Europe, Kazakhstan, and the EU. I manage the entire logistics process—from selecting and negotiating with providers to planning, executing, and monitoring product flows. My expertise includes setting up logistics operations from scratch for new facilities and businesses, optimising cost control, and effectively resolving disputes. I focus on delivering reliable, efficient, and cost-effective transport solutions tailored to the specific needs of the agricultural industry. Currently I am specialising in logistic from Eastern European countries to EU as well as within EU. I build strong relations with my internal and external partners. I believe that relations of trust make life easier and operations efficient on all sides. I have working experience in 2 countries and enjoy studying foreign languages. I find joy in communicating to my vendors in their language.
