Seeking a suitable position that effectively leverages my cutting-edge high-tech industry experience as well as utilizes my strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication and mentoring skills. I have worked for over 20 years in industry - in RTL digital VLSI chip design and architecture at Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT) USA and at Intel Technologies India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India. I have extensive experience in pre-silicon System-on-Chip(Soc) functional verification and program management. I have done significant coding in VHDL, Verilog, C, shell-scripts, perl for use in testing and output-data analysis. I have built the in-house standard cell library for simulation and synthesis at QCT. I have analysed data from existing and previous chip projects to enable the future product roadmap with varied cost and features. I have constantly mentored a lot of peers and team members on various air interface and chip specific design. I have written a lot of technical documentation using FrameMaker, Visio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). I have directly worked on multi-geo cross-functional program management and project management on tasks ranging from product roadmap planning, budgeting, resource forecasting, vendor evaluation, customer engagement, flow migration, standardizing processes, establishing bug traceability, aligning stakeholders, scaling global teams to meet crucial deadlines. I have worked in the DFT aspects of a SoC and enhanced existing automation tools for DFT IPs at Intel.
