Over 35 years of Software Management hiring and building the software team. Managed a Globally distributed Software team through the entire Software development cycle from Planning, budgeting, Effort estimation, Resource allocation, defining milestones. Managed contractors and worked with the Product Development Managers to define Requirements and deliver the product as expected and on schedule (Microsoft Project). Interfaced with multidisciplinary technical teams of Mechanical Engineers, Electrical and PLC Engineers, Physicists and Algorithm teams to integrate the software with various sub-systems to perform the systems integration. UI for 3D CT (qt, vtk) Images and for System controls and web based UI consoles with Real time status displays. System Integration software that interfaces with various sensor devices. Worked with scientists to build prototypes using X-Ray and Nuclear Technology for various Scanning and Analysis systems. Managed cyber security implementation. Products developed on Linux, CentOS 7.1, Windows 10. Algorithm interface and optimization for Threat and Anomaly detection.
