My career began in HR, but my passion for impactful change led me to specialize in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO). Addressing these sensitive and critical issues is not just a legal requirement but a moral necessity. Additionally, I am Associcated with the BTVT Women and Child Development Foundation, an organization focused on resolving issues related to women and children.I am also the author of two national best-selling books on POSH and POCSO, which have garnered praise, including an appreciation letter from the Honorable Ambassador of India to Belgrade.
