Awarded Asia Women Tech leaders award for 2024 for my work in leading technologies and being a D&I champion. As an architect I worked on custom AI enabled Apps using GPT and other LLM's and RPA is also within my domain. Traditional automation, Power Platform, Digital solutions and other touchless processes within AkzoNobel is part of my profile. Experienced Global Product owner for Digital Workplace and Solutions Architect for End User services. Facilitator for Agile and Scrum framework, Facilitator for Design Thinking and Lean start up. Completed a nine-month leadership journey (Grow to lead) designed for future global leaders in the company.A passionate D&I Ambassador and leading the AkzoNobel Women’s Network in India. Designed the governance, adoption, and roadmap for Power Platform in AkzoNobel. Implemented the service model and delivered several Apps for business use. Worked on implementing best practices and policies around designing how environments, data loss policies (DLP) and application life cycle management (ALM) be implemented for the IM team and citizen developers as well. Adoption, change management, user communication and training part of this journey. Power BI Infrastructural support model also developed and implemented. Several monitoring and governance policies designed and applied for better controls and prevent a sprawl.
