I am a legal administrative assistant at Hill Dickinson (Manchester) working a part-time secondment role with Manchester Royal Infirmary. my role allows direct contact and work with our clients and a greater insight into the role NHS trusts play in health care delivery and inquest management. Alongside my role as an LAA and LA respectively, I study the LPC LLM part-time at the University of Law. The course allows theoretical research and practical lessons that I have already started implementing in my role. I recently graduated from the University of Liverpool with a major in Law and a minor in Politics, LLB with honours. I have been interested in the law since secondary school but it wasn't until college and my degree where I developed an understanding of the legal sector with experiences that gave me skills and knowledge I had not been exposed to before. Experience, and opportunities are the most practical ways of giving students exposure to your firm and the legal sector in general.
