About Malachi Smith

I attended Eastern Kentucky University straight out of high school, working two jobs while earning my undergrad. I received my B.A. in Business Administration (General Business) with a 3.2 GPA. I then went straight into my first job as detail manager at Glenn Auto Mall. There I was able to build a team of technicians who worked together as a unit to provide a high quality and quantitiy of work for internal and external customers. I was also able to maintain a great relationship with vendors and suppliers who made our operations more efficient and cost effective. From there I married and relocated. After relocating I was employed by DAP Products Inc. where I learned the operations of the business as well as gaining experience with international shipping and order filling. After DAP Products Inc, I was employed by ADT Security Systems. I worked as a service technician installing and upgrading all types of systems offered. All of these jobs as well as my current position has helped me to become an effective communicator as well as provide premium customer service. I am excited about obtaining a position where I can further my knowledge, training, and skills to grow professionally and become a valuable company asset.
