Background

About Malaney Putnam

I am a Senior Program Specialist at MBO Partners, a leading provider of solutions for independent professionals and enterprises. With over six years of experience in human resources and program management, I support the delivery of innovative and customized solutions that enable both the consultants and the clients to achieve their goals and thrive in the changing world of work. I am also passionate about wellness and entrepreneurship, and I pursue these interests through my other two roles as an Independent Consultant with Arbonne (malaneyputnam.arbonne.com), a B Corporation that promotes healthy living and sustainability through its products and business model, and as a Small Business Owner of Zaney Laney's Crochet (zaneylaneyscrochet.etsy.com), an Etsy shop where I sell hand made crochet items. Through these ventures, I help others flourish through their wellness journey and entrepreneurial aspirations, while also expressing my creativity and craftsmanship.
