About Malav Joshi

As a Senior Product Manager at Saleshandy, I lead end-to-end product development - from shaping opportunities to delivering real impact. Since 2022, I’ve been building solutions that simplify users' lives, drive measurable outcomes, and scale sustainably in the B2B SaaS space. My approach to product thinking goes beyond the typical “why–what–how.” I believe in asking: Why → What → What else → What else → How - pushing beyond the obvious to uncover deeper user needs and innovative solutions. Before entering product management, I worked at TCS Gandhinagar (2019–2021) as a Quality Controller in the BFSI domain, where I developed strong operational discipline and an analytical mindset - foundations that now inform my product work. I’m passionate about user-centric design, activation and retention metrics, and coaching product teams to operate with clarity and ownership. Always evolving, always curious.
