Has been the national Technical Leader for Environmental Management at Dillon for the last 15 years, responsible for the development of its practitioners, monitoring industry trends and changes to legislation, and providing senior oversight of compliance and management program services. Became Dillon's first Manager of Operational Risk in 2020. Experienced in a number of commercial and industrial sectors by performing management system implementations, management system audits, due diligence and/or compliance audits at over 100 manufacturing, electric utility, pulp and paper, forestry, mining, military, airport, port, laboratory and government facilities in Canada and the United States. Has provided consulting services to several commercial, industrial and government sectors across Canada and parts of the US including manufacturing, electric utility, LNG, oil and gas, pulp and paper, transportation, forestry, laboratory, airport, mining, port and federal government. Has led or performed over 100 management program or compliance auditing projects. Management program experience has most often involved working directly with the client at their place of business facilitating implementations, coaching, training, and document preparation.
