About Malcolm Badger

I moved to the Mount Washington Valley at the age of 4, when my father Angus returned home to practice medicine, and was lucky enough to move in up the road from my grandfather (Dick Badger), who founded Badger Realty in 1965. I grew up in Jackson and graduated from Kennett High School in 2015. After a gap year as a teaching assistant at the International School Ikast-Brande in Denmark, I went on to study at the George Washington University in Washington DC, where I graduated cum laude with a BA in International Affairs and a Minor in Business Administration in 2020. In the winter of 2021, I took a phone call from Brenda Leavitt who recommended that I get my real estate license. I chose to follow her advice and joined Badger Peabody & Smith Realty in May 2021. As your REALTOR® I will offer you a fresh and youthful perspective, representing a company with a long and storied tradition of excellence. My goal is to be your trusted guide in three ways. First, I want to give you helpful information and relevant advice at the start of your search. I grew up here, I know the area, and I can’t wait to share my knowledge with you. Second, I will work side by side with you through the transaction. Every transaction is different, and you can count on myself and our staff team to make sure the entire process is smooth. I always try to highlight our Closing Coordinator, Wendy Holmes, who is by far the best in the area, if not the state. In addition, I was the transaction coordinator here at BP & S in North Conway for a year and gained valuable experience during that time. Third, I want to be an important resource for you after the closing. Our relationship shouldn’t end when the keys are handed over.
