As a Principal Solution Architect at Intact Technology, I use my years of consulting and presales experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to solve business problems and provide technical solutions. I enjoy getting to know customers and their business and technology needs. Knowledge of many vendors and products, combined with deep implementation experience, enables me to guide you in product evaluation and selection, implementation, upgrades and migrations, and long term success with Intact’s managed services. I can help you understand out of box usage and features, advise and implement modifications and customizations, and find creative, useful, practical solutions to your problems. My background in technical support and other IT roles including management give me a broad perspective to help you succeed. I also lead Intact’s internal ITSM Community of Practice, gathering and sharing industry knowledge, and bringing vendor executives and analysts to enhance our consulting and delivery expertise.
