Outstanding track record of delivering high risk, high profile change, technical, systems implementation and procurement programmes and projects across different healthcare settings including acute, primary care, community and mental health • Implementation of a £7m Electronic Document Management system implementation (Evolve) to over users • Involvement in a number of Pathology initiatives including the management of a key workstream for the formation of a Kent Pathology merger; implementation of an acute Pathology Order Communications solution and a project to provide pathology results from an acute Trust to local GPs • Led a £15m PACS/RIS procurement replacement programme for six Trusts across Sussex and Surrey • Led a £10m procurement programme for a pan Sussex Community and Child Health system • Implementation of four separate Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS, which is a Radiology imaging system) and Radiology Information System (RIS) projects • Led two key programmes of work for clinical IT and corporate systems • Consolidation of four Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and two clinical systems for a pan Sussex mental health organisation across over 200 sites to more than users.
