I’ve spent the past 10 years working in the hospitality business and I feel like now is a better time than ever to see what skills and job opportunities can benefit me in my future career. I’m in London on a work visa from Canada and see this as an opportunity to gain experience in another field that still relates to the hospitality industry. Working in the hospitality industry has allowed me to cater to the needs of our guests and clientele. As a senior sous chef, I’ve had the responsibility of managing staff, which includes hiring, creating a schedule that will both benefit the company as well as create a good work-life balance for employees and upholding the standards and expectations of the company. I wish to further explore management but in a different setting.
