About Malcolm-Lee Attard
In 2019, Malcolm-Lee graduated in a B.A in Youth and Community Studies and is currently studying for an M.A. in Community Action and Development. Subsequently, in 2021 he became a Warranted Youth Worker. Currently, he works as a Community Development Worker at the Agency for Community and Therapeutic Services. As an approach, he adopts an Asset-Based Community Development approach together with Critical Pedagogy as he believes that through people’s assets lie the solutions for the community’s challenges. He is greatly passionate about football, and he is an active community member in his local football club community. In 2013, Malcolm-Lee started his coaching career, and currently possesses a UEFA C license, Futsal Level 1 Course, Coaching Young Footballers License, Coerver Level 1 and an Award in Sports Psychology. He strongly believes that football could be a great medium for important soft/life skills, inclusion, and empowerment.
