I really enjoy resolving, using established processes, inter-personal relationship problems, aiming to see that employers, as well as employees, are treated fairly. I have studied and continue to study HR and Employment Law. My degree is a BSc from Durham, and I have Chartered Fellowship of the CIPD and a certificate in Employment Law (Brunel) as well as a Merit in the CIPD Employment Law module. For exercise, I enjoy cycling and the gym. With a colleague/friend I've cycled from Manchester to Blackpool,(raising £1,500 for The Christie), The Way of the Roses (Morecambe to Bridlington), Hadrian's Way (Silloth to Tynemouth) and twice the De Mons sportif (Anglesey). I am interested in politics. Now a Lib Dem, I have "heros" from all three main parties. For relaxation, I read and, in the summer months, potter in the garden.
