As the Employer Relations Coordinator at the University of Richmond, I build meaningful connections that link students with real-world opportunities. I bring both heart and strategy to my work, grounded in a strong foundation in customer service and a passion for helping others succeed. Currently, I’m pursuing an MBA at the Robins School of Business, where I’m deepening my expertise in leadership, business strategy, and organizational effectiveness. This experience is enhancing how I approach employer engagement and student success. With a background in both fast-paced industries and higher education, I’ve learned to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and lead with empathy. I believe great service starts with understanding and ends with impact. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong creative—singing is my second language and a key source of balance and joy.
