With over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry in Australia and New Zealand, I offer proven leadership and management experience delivering high growth in a highly competitive market. Working initially with distributors I then became part of Applied Medical direct entity in 2004. Starting as a Territory Manager I was promoted through the organisation firstly to a Regional Sales Manager,and then onto the National Sales and Marketing Manager, National Accounts Manager and finally as a Director of Business Solutions for the Australian and New Zealand business. During this time I became an integral part of the company’s growth in Australia and New Zealand. Working very closely with the management team across Australia and New Zealand for many years, I am recognised as a collaborative, level headed and results driven leader. I create environments where customers and colleagues feel engaged to make decisions. This is achieved on a leadership approach based on integrity in all levels of business and demonstrated through the development of relationships that are based on trust and a dedicated customer focus.
