About Malcolm Schmid

In my employment I have always tried to get along with all my co-workers and I have grown to enjoy working with almost all of them. I enjoy meeting everyone around me and knowing who I'm working with so I can satisfy everyone's needs. I try my best to do what the companies I work for ask of me and then some. I learn quickly what is expected of me and how to do the tasks necessary to thrive in a work environment. When presented with a problem I try to offer solutions to solve the matter at hand. When people are struggling to get the job done I try to encourage them and give them helpful tips that I have learned along the way. I always talk to my managers about things that could be done differently and ask them about my progress, such as: things I'm doing well at, things I need to work on and my general standings with the company. I am always looking to improve and learn. I have had expirences with patrons who are having problems at the pool and I try to resolve them before they reach management.
