I am a Solar Service and Commissioning Manager at MVE Group with a background that spans construction, energy efficiency program management, electrical services, and commercial solar operations.My career began in the U.S. Army and PA National Guard, ending as a Construction Sergeant, where I learned to execute complex work under real-world constraints—limited resources, tight timelines, and high accountability. That foundation shaped how I approach technical systems and teams: plans must survive contact with reality.After military service, I moved into the energy efficiency sector, serving as an Account Manager at CLEAResult and later working in Energy Efficiency Services at Fromm Electric. In these roles, I worked at the intersection of utilities, customers, contractors, and incentive programs, gaining a practical understanding of how policy, economics, and field execution interact—often imperfectly.Today, my focus is on solar PV service, commissioning, and long-term system performance. I work to ensure that commercial solar assets operate as intended, that issues are diagnosed accurately, and that corrective actions are framed around operational necessity rather than optional investment. I am particularly interested in the decision-making frameworks behind O&M, reliability, and uptime, and how those choices affect both financial outcomes and system integrity over time.I value clear thinking, sound engineering, and honest assessments. I’m most effective in roles that require bridging technical detail with operational judgment—where the goal isn’t just to install or repair systems, but to make sure they continue to work.
