Machines take me by surprise with great frequency."- Alan Turing I am a recent graduate with a Master's in Computer Security from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, under the guidance of VUSec group. Concurrently, I have been serving as a Teaching Assistant. My academic journey has been driven by an innate curiosity about the intricacies of technology. Rooted in a strong foundation in mathematics, I ventured into Software Engineering at HvA, where the allure of solving real-world problems through programming became apparent. Transitioning to Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam for computer science further enriched my understanding of the field. With a foundation in software engineering and Computer Science, my expertise extends into advanced security domains, covering software, hardware, and network vulnerability identification and exploitation. I possess in-depth knowledge of memory corruption attacks and sophisticated web application threats like XSS and SQL injection. In hardware security, I engage in offensive and defensive research, as well as analyzing and exploiting firmware. Within network security, I understand trust implications in Internet protocols' design, the PKI ecosystems, and recent attacks such as DNS spoofing, BGP route hijacks, and various DDoS attacks. These experiences reflect my commitment to continuous learning, and adapting my skills to contribute meaningfully to cybersecurity challenges. The realm of computer security fascinates me. My academic journey has equipped me with a multifaceted skill set, from dissecting intricate algorithms to navigating diverse programming languages. Whether unraveling the intricacies of Assembly x86_64 or exploring the versatility of the multi-paradigm Scala language, I thrive on challenges that demand creative problem-solving. I am passionate about engaging with projects that push the boundaries of conventional thinking, always seeking opportunities to learn and conquer new challenges.
