About Malena Temerlin

I am a Strategic Designer from the University of Buenos Aires, with a degree in Public Policy and a postgraduate specialization in Non-Profit Organizations. Based in Barcelona, I lead CX for the MENA region at Globant, working on projects that bring together AI, user experience, and human-centered design to tackle complex transformations. These initiatives demand orchestrating multiple stakeholders, ranging from highly technical specialists to strategic business leaders, and turning that diversity into seamless services, frictionless journeys, and meaningful interactions. This is where I see technology as an enabler, amplifying human connection while making organizations smarter and more resilient. Earlier in my career, I was Argentina’s National Director of Public Innovation, leading a cross-government team to design and implement policies that were people-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative. That experience shaped the way I now approach complex challenges: blending strategy, design, and technology to deliver both impact and sustainability.
