I am an experienced manager with strong competences in the areas of operational management, sales management and human team management. For years, I have been involved in the media and advertising market - I have observed how this market is dynamically changing, how it is evolving, how it is seeking the best, most effective solutions both for its clients and for its businesses. This market is a real challenge for every manager, as it requires innovation, courage in decision-making and also responsibility for the team and the bottom line. Over the course of my career- I created and implemented business strategies - I have set and coordinated the achievement of business objectives - I managed operational activities - I planned and was responsible for P&L - Mapped, analysed and optimised processes - I initiated and implemented dozens of complex projects - I have participated in numerous project groups and steering committees - I have managed changes - I was responsible for negotiations and pricing policy - I have created and implemented products and services - I have reorganised and restructured - Built and managed teams - I planned and supervised the implementation of the marketing strategy - I was planning HR strategy and policy - I was carrying out audits of remuneration systems - I was developing and implementing motivation systems - I have consulted Start Up projects developing sales strategies and business plans (including Pitch Deck and Lean Canvas).
