About Malgorzata Iszkulo

I believe we can be good at something only when being enthusiastic about it. My passion is finance and technology and how both could support business. From background perspective I used to work at multinational companies’ finance functions. I have worked in Medicover, OLX Group at Prosus (Naspers), Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia), PWC Management Consulting and Microsoft. My experience comprises controlling, financial planning and analysis, business partnering and transformation projects (finance systems, technology and business processes improvement). I am comfortable moving between the strategic/big picture and hands-on operations, pragmatic and managing ambiguity by setting priorities. Bringing discipline to proceedings. Focused to connect people, share information and expertise, and encourage people to achieve more. I have managed teams of different sizes - small (a few people) through medium (10-20) up to large teams (80-100 people). Have proven record of driving business transformation and change management projects within cross-function and/or virtual teams and multi-country matrix environment. Building and developing teams, growing leadership bench and succession pipeline. Shaping finance, operational and technology excellence agenda and driving their execution. Regularly stepping beyond functional responsibilities. ACCA member since 2009 (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). I just make things happen: anything is possible if you wish hard enough.
