About Malgorzata Rolla

It all started when I organised a beauty pageant for dogs in my elementary school playground at the age of 15 - for all the dogs from the neighbourhood: ugly and pretty, slim and fat, hairy and bald, pedigree and crossbred. Everyone included, welcome, equally treated, and with the same chance to win or lose. The sense of justice, care for the community, interest in behavioural mechanisms, and empathy for others were always on my mind since childhood. A need to understand the world grew within me, as I started to further explore motivation behind success and reasons for failure while observing, actively listening, and absorbing the knowledge from the society around me. That is a never-ending journey, on which, an emotional intelligence is a skill worth acquiring, as in my opinion, a response-ability is an inseparable aspect of daily actions, and often a decisive success factor even in the least important routine endeavours. Focus on people, organisational skills, can-do attitude and creative thinking are the qualities I apply in my life, and have been developing them in a professional environment of different institutions over the past several years. I believe we can all be masters of our lives, and an inspiration to others at the same time. My greatest will is to empower people to develop a growth mindset so that they reach their full potential. Perhaps together, we can create a life-supporting awareness in a happier, more fulfilled society.
