Since First Multimedia Stadium show produced to introduce large scale firework to a new market, Malgorzata has toured, produced, co-produced, designed, supervised and, or managed stadiums, large arenas, theatre festivals, rock touring concerts, theatre shows, ballet performances, TV programs and shows, corporate events, gala awards and dinners in: Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Copenhagen, Cracow, Dublin, Gyor, Helsinki, Edinburgh, London, Madrid, Moscow, New York, Paris, Prague, Tallinn, Tokyo, Warsaw, Vienna, or Wellington and many others. From January 2019 to January 2023 appointed as first female Technical Director of the Polish National Opera and Ballet, working with worldwide partners; responsible for overall management and technical coordination of 10 new productions annually, many being internationally co-produced with companies from New York, Honk Kong, Vienna, Brussels and many more. Overseeing repertoire on three stages and 400 pax strong technical team including full workshops; Her most notable and recent design collaborations with Anna Hop include Carnival of Animals for Opera in Wroclaw; Don Quichote for Opera on the Castle in Szczecin and finally Husband and Wife, Exodus and Pinokio for Polish National Opera; In August 2023, Malgorzata has accepted the offer to become Alberta Ballet Company's Technical Director for 2023/2024 season and has moved to Calgary; Canada. From March 2024 Malgorzata's role has been expanded to Executive Producer overtaking the responsibilities of Production Director and Inhouse designer for remaining 2024 productions; In January 2025 Malgorzata has accepted an offer from Opera North and has moved to Leeds, UK as their new Production and Technical Director.
