Previously, at Menlo Electric, I built the entire HR function from scratch in 40+ markets across EMEA and the US, hiring over 140 people in less than a year and played a key role in helping the company secure a spot on the Financial Times' list of the fastest-growing companies. Having successfully scaled teams across international markets, I embrace complex challenges, rapid change, and high-stakes decision-making.
