I am a recent graduate of Antioch University Seattle with a MA in Couple and Family Therapy, and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a music minor from Marylhurst University. In my practice I utilize a family systems lens and work with individuals, families, and couples. I integrate a variety of other theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment theory, Humanistic, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
